Remley turns SEVEN

Its hard to believe my first born is SEVEN already! The years have flown by with so many changes. I often times look at Vera and then turn to Remley and back and wonder how it happened! Remley has certainly grown to be a unique and amazing little lady. She is a well-mannered and kind girl, always eager to do the right thing and try her best at whatever she is working on. She is determined, artistic and can always manage to find a hidden treasure in any situation, figuratively and often literally!!.
We enjoyed celebrating with her for two birthday parties!

The first, on her birthday proper, was at the Japanese Steak House. We had a fun chef named Mel who made the night special, with sesame seed messages, volcanoes and tinfoil art!

Remley's birthday party with friends was held at MUSC Wellness Center and was a pool party. Many friends came to splash and play, both in the pool and batting the pinata. Her party theme was rainbow, as everything she likes to draw is also! She quickly memorized the sequence of colors comprising the rainbow even without the old ROYGBIV trick!

As usual, GG made an amazing cake to follow suit. Not only rainbow on the outside... but inside too!
